Fourth of July Dispatch – Trench 1915 Continues + A Hidden WWI Fact
From the Frontlines – Independence, Fiction, and Firepower
Happy Fourth of July to all readers in the U.S. and to freedom-lovers everywhere. While the Trench series dives deep into the chaos and sacrifice of World War I, it also highlights the resilience of those who fought, regardless of the flag on their uniform.
As we mark this day of independence, I’m excited to share that Trench 1915: Volume 4 – Shadows of War is moving steadily toward release. The fourth volume brings new fronts, darker secrets, and the shifting loyalties that define the war's second year.
Coming October 30th, 2025 – stay tuned for early previews and cover art.
WWI Fun Fact – American Independence Edition:
Did you know that before the U.S. officially entered World War I in 1917, hundreds of Americans had already joined the fight — including in French Foreign Legion units, British regiments, and even Allied ambulance corps? Some volunteered out of idealism, others for adventure — all before their country formally joined the war.
